To celebrate the finished construction of our latest sustainable development in North West London, boutique developer of sustainable new homes, Unique Property Group, is offering buyers a suite of financial incentives in a bid to help first-time-buyers step onto the property ladder or to give owner occupiers a boost up it.

Incentives Offered

The range of benefits that purchasers of any of the one, two and three-bedroom eco-friendly apartments and townhouses can choose from includes financial help towards a deposit, mortgage repayments, stamp duty, energy bills and furniture. The value ranging from approximately £19,000 up to £43,000 dependent on the purchase price of the property. Buyers can also mix and match the incentives, ensuring they get a tailored offering dependent on their personal circumstances.

Unique Features

Located in Brent Cross Cricklewood, the development is one of the area’s most environmentally friendly new build schemes. Over 55 residents have now moved in, enjoying eco-friendly credentials such as all electric heating and hot water supply systems, solar panels, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery and EV charging points. All offering more efficient energy and a healthier environment for people to live.

The architecture and interiors are just as captivating. Brick facades, bronzed glazing and ironwork are a distinctive feature throughout, also complimenting the heritage of the surrounding areas. All of the homes have been designed by Caz Myers Design where she has embraced peace and tranquillity, creating a timeless aesthetic with a stylish and spacious design.

Generous glazing floods the interiors with natural light, while sleek wood effect flooring create simple, elegant spaces. The individually designed Magnet minimalist look kitchens are the lustrous focal point of the open plan living area, and very much the heart of the home. Integrated appliances and under-mount sinks complement the cool, clean lines, while contemporary black taps and striking matt graphite shade cabinets create a stunning contrast with the white marble effect quartz worktops.

The bedrooms offer full height glazing to bring maximum daylight, with some opening onto private terraces for a sense of wellbeing. Whilst bright white wall tiles are complemented in the bathrooms and en-suites with a striking tiled floor, matt black taps and edged shower screens. Rain showers add an extra touch of luxury to this sustainable new homes.

Outside Space & Location

Outside, the communal podium gardens and terraces give residents access to expansive space. These are landscaped with trees, planting and integrated lighting, plus seating areas, providing a welcoming oasis throughout the year. Two further elevated terraces look over the podium gardens and the skyline of the area, providing a great opportunity to entertain or simply relax in style.

The location also holds major appeal. Brent Cross and Cricklewood are undergoing significant investment, and set to become a top destination for living, leisure, retail and business. Set at the foot of this 151-hectare regeneration, residents will enjoy a modernised shopping centre. Additionally, improvements to road infrastructure, new walking and cycling routes. Also a brand new Thameslink train station Brent Cross West and, a revamp of Cricklewood Station. A new town which will include open green spaces, upgraded schools and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. There’s also award winning parks and gardens just a short walk away, ideal for picnics, playtime and events such as open air opera.

First Time Buyer’s Testimonial

First time buyer, Nina, was the very first resident to move in. She commented: “I loved the look of the scheme the moment I saw the brochure. The location is really well connected, which I needed because I only use public transport. I love the build and the features, and the eco credentials are really important to me too. The fact it has no gas and has an air filtration system were big draws, as I’m really conscious of my carbon footprint, as was reducing energy bills. The views from the communal balconies have the most amazing views too, and I adore the small touches such as the bath tap and tiles, and quality of the appliances.”

The remaining available sustainable housing units range from apartments starting at £420,000 with shared or private terraces, to family townhouses with private courtyards starting at £770,000.
