A new build residential led mixed use development comprising 38 apartments over ground floor retail with parking and resident facilities including a gym.
The project is constructed over part 5 storeys following the demolition of an underutilised single storey retail unit. Located within a regeneration area with high housing demand, the project offers spacious 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments with a single penthouse.
UPG acquired the land in partnership with a Singaporean fund, arranged construction funding and delivered the project as developer with specialist contractors. An RC concrete frame masonry / slip façade, MVHR and high-end interior finishes.
