The UPG construction team have ended the year with great progress having closed out the columns on the 2nd floor of the RC frame ready to move up to the 3rd of 8 floors at the start of Jan 25! An example of collaborative working with the entire delivery team including designers and contractors.

Building in this location requires meticulous construction management from the UPG team and subcontractors due to constrained logistics.

The project required the acquisition of two separate land parcels that were combined into a single building plot.
