A new build residential led mixed use development comprising six high-end residential apartments and 3 stunning mews houses with ground floor retail.
Located in central Crouch End and set within a private courtyard, the project is part new build, part conversion retaining elements of an 1800’s heritage printworks building.
UPG acquired the land in partnership with a Singaporean fund, arranged construction funding and delivered the project as developer with specialist contractors. The construction consisted of retaining the ground floor heritage envelope and erecting three new build storeys with a steel frame and rainscreen cladding to provide six apartments with two per floor, over ground floor retail.
The three-bedroom stylish mews houses are accessed via a private gated undercroft leading to a private courtyard where each house is entered via a front garden.
